The Fire and The Hearth -- In this issue -- We travel to the Tidewater area of Virginia, stopping on the way up for a fabulous meal at Fabian's in Winston-Salem. In Williamsburg, we dine at the restaurant run by the author of "Death by Chocolate" and at The Kitchen at Powhatan Plantation. But the trip was tinged by a bit of sadness -- Nick's Seafood Pavilion, where Randy had his first bowl of turtle soup, is closing. On the way back, we stop in fog shrouded Asheville for a celebratory feast at Horizons at the Grove Park Inn.
